Service Description

Here, I invite you to take rest and allow the nervous system to relax. It takes time, especially if we are not regulated, in deep burnout, and chronically stressed. We being with a foundational Aura and Energetic alignment because it nurtures and supports the physical body. The Aura gives us insight as to what is going on elsewhere. The Aura also gives clues to your ancestral karmas and genetic lineage. Clearing your ancestral debris is important for your wellbeing. Sessions are a combination of energy work practices such as Reiki, Crystal attunement, Psychic work, Spirit/Ancestor Communication, and more. Each session is catered to your needs, everyone is unique. After the session I will discuss my findings with you. Multiple sessions are a good suggestion, healing takes time. Most blockages have accumulated over many years, hold space for healing and for yourself! We are all Energy. Our energy fields are intricate and unique. When there is disharmony in our subtle energy bodies-the Aura, Chakras, Meridians, we may begin to feel the imbalance in our physical body. Energy work can help to bring this delicate balance back and create a sense of harmony and wellbeing. It is a "no touch" relaxation technique that balances and renews the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy bodies.
