A little bit about me...

I see and guide Energy-people are Energy. I work through the mediums of Energetics, Movement, and Spirit!  I'm big on REST, RELAXATION, and the art of Slowing Down.  I'm here to help you Undo the Doing.

Frequency is everything! I'm a Classical, Broadway, and Cabaret trained singer and performer, I produced a Sound Healing Meditation album-have a listen on iTunes.

 

I worked in the medical field for over 20 years; in cardiovascular medicine, having studied well over 5,000 hearts (this still blows my mind)! When I worked in the field, I guided sound waves into the body. Being surrounded by sound frequency opened me up to my natural gifts as a medium/channel.

I'm a Master Energy Practitioner and Teacher, Certified Yoga  RYT500 Teacher, Mindfulness/Spiritual Coach.

 I am passionate about making esoteric "woowoo" concepts practical and applicable to everyday life; as above so below! ​ Past lives, Spirit guide communication, Mediumship and Ancestral healing are my strengths. 

 

I am a 2/5 Emotional Projector, Quad Right, Inner Vision, Channel of Emoting-Designed to help move  spirit and also here for some Heresy!! A little human design humor :)
